Delete your DentaConnect account
You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app. Sign in with your account email address and confirm the request there.

We delete or anonymise your account, profile, availability, non-binding marketplace activity, media, and non-essential notification data.
What may remain
We may retain or anonymise minimal data and existing commitments where needed for a legal obligation, contract, dispute, or security. We do not invent retention periods without that basis.
Existing commitments
A request does not cancel accepted shifts, offers, signed agreements, or other parties' records. New public discovery and participation stop immediately.
Timeline
You can cancel during the first 7 days. We start review promptly and target completion within 14 days unless a disclosed legal or contractual hold applies. We answer privacy requests within one month where GDPR requires it.
